COVID-19 Updates

Since the beginning of the worldwide health crisis due to COVID-19, it has not always been easy to adapt to these new conditions. We still live in a period of great uncertainty. But we are continuously coordinating with our suppliers to fulfill as much orders as we can in fastest and safest way possible. 

Our suppliers have implemented companywide work from home policies. Everybody who was able to has been working from home. 

We're working closely with our suppliers to ensure we have adequate stock levels.

While our deliveries generally arrive on time, shipping delays are not impossible. More and more countries have been limiting passenger flights and closing their borders. While this does not directly impact cargo, fewer passenger flights means fewer transit options for shipments and longer lines at borders and we are sorry about that. 

We are in touch with our carriers and we will keep you updated in case of any more disruptions. We also recommend that you follow your local news for any regional disruptions.

Some of you are probably wondering if it is safe to receive packages from areas where Covid-19 has been reported. The answer is « Yes, it is safe. » The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is very low and the risk of catching the virus from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is also negligible.

There may still be unexpected problems to come along the road but we are working super hard to adapt and ensure that you get the best service possible whatever the external conditions!
